NOTICE OF HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Clarkstown will hold a regular meeting and public hearing at the Clarkstown Town Hall Auditorium,10 Maple Avenue, New City, New York on June 15, 2026 beginning at 7:00 P.M.
APPEAL #4455 – YOSEF AND CHAYA LIEBERMAN OF 15 SUMMIT DRIVE, NEW CITY, NY for a variation from the requirements of Article III, Section 290-B, Attachment 31, Table 12 (General Bulk Regulations), Group A, Column 4 (Floor Area Ratio), Column 7 (Front Yard Depth), Column 8 (Side Yard Width), Column 9 (Total Side Yard), Column 11 (Max Building Height), Column 12 (Max Lot Coverage); and existing shed, Column 10 (Rear Yard Setback) of the Clarkstown Zoning code for the proposal of a two story addition, proposed second floor addition and a garage to an existing single family dwelling.
The premises affected is situated at 15 Summit Drive, New City, NY in an R-80 Zoning District and further identified on the Clarkstown Tax Roll as Map 33.20-2-16 f/k/a 23-A-11.7. Said Board will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matter or any objections thereto. Persons must appear in person or by agent or representative.
