496 MOUNTAINVIEW AVE, SD 59.15-1-5 (122-A-16), VALLEY COTTAGE: Proposed subdivision of an existing parcel into two residential lots with existing dwellings on each site. The property is located in 1.19 acre of R-22 zoned land on the west side of Mountainview Avenue on the corner of Bellview Avenue and Mountainview Avenue (496 Mountainview Ave, Valley Cottage, NY 10989)
