APPEAL #4473 – YEHEN WIJEDORU OF 82 JOAN DRIVE, NEW CITY, NY for a variation from the requirements of Article III, Section 290-11B, Attachment 31, Table 12 (General Bulk Regulations), Group J, Column 4 (Maximum Floor Area Ratio) of the Clarkstown Zoning code for the proposal of a 2nd story addition to an existing single family dwelling. The premises affected is situated at 82 Joan Drive, New City, NY in an R-15 Zoning District and further identified on the Clarkstown Tax Roll as Map 43.13-1-51 f/k/a 21-A-3.59.
